This position will be starting out as part‑time, with potential to turn into full‑time opportunity. We Offer Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance‑based bonuses Monthly bonus program depending on add‑on repairs Direct four‑week track to Surface Repair Technician No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available) Paid holidays and paid time off Requirements Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do Duties Display world‑class customer service for tenants and property management staff Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool Communicate with the support team with questions Understand and utilize our unique 5‑step repair process Employ each tool in your custom tool‑kit Problem‑solve repairs with creativity About Surface Experts Surface Experts is an all‑inclusive surface repair service provider.
