Full Stack Developer (Enterprise and Federal Clients)

Get trained, get paid, and get deployed — with a company whose whole business is starting software careers. SkillStorm prepares technology talent for Fortune 100 enterprises and U.S. government agencies. Your first 12 weeks are paid, hands-on training built around real, team-based projects. After that, you deploy directly to an enterprise or government client, effective day one. You never pay for this training. It's a salaried role with a clear route from "qualified" to "deployed professional." We're hiring people early in their technical careers, including recent graduates and career changers with a technical foundation, who have the fundamentals, the drive, and an interest in a structured path into enterprise software work. Is this you? You're likely a match if you meet these: A bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar) At least 1 year of technical work experience You'll also need a working grasp of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and software development in an object-oriented language like Java or C#. Every applicant who meets one of those paths gets an individual review for fit. Not sure if you qualify? Apply anyway. That decision is ours to make, not yours to rule yourself out of. You'll stand out if you bring: Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning Clear written and verbal communication with teammates and stakeholders The ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance Openness to relocating for a client placement Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on SkillStorm's W2 (no C2C arrangements) Your work once deployed: Build and improve applications using the languages, frameworks, and tools your client relies on Write clean, efficient, well-structured code that meets professional standards Troubleshoot and fix defects, and provide technical support through resolution Take part in code reviews, both giving and receiving constructive feedback Work with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical specifications Support testing and production deployments, and keep technical documentation up to date Stay current on industry tools and techniques through ongoing training What SkillStorm offers: Competitive salary: you're paid from day one, not funding your own training Enterprise-grade technology training and certifications Work with Fortune 100 companies and government agencies Health, vision, dental, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) Ongoing mentorship and support through training and placement About SkillStorm Founded in 2002, SkillStorm was built on the mission of accelerating careers in high-demand technologies.
