Job Overview Part‑time evening work close to home. We’re hiring Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and comfortable for residents. Responsibilities Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps and take it to the on‑site compactor using your personal pickup truck. Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area. Stay active by walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during your shift. No long‑distance travel, bulk items or off‑site dumping. Use the mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed. Requirements Your own personal open‑bed pickup truck (or vehicle with a trailer) – required. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. At least 18 years old. Smartphone with a data plan to use the work app. Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required). Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs, walk long distances, climb multiple flights of stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Compensation & Benefits Truck Pay Rate: $21 per hour. Helper Pay Rate: $19 per hour. Typical part‑time nights: 10–15+ hours per week.
