Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care to the health care team as appropriate. Maintain compliance with established Standards of Nursing Practice and promote cooperation among team members. Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other professionals to ensure safe, quality care for mothers and newborns. The role is represented by CNA and requires adherence to policies while prioritizing patient safety and family education. Requirements Active Registered Nurse licensure in California or current eligibility to obtain licensure. Availability to work Nights, 12‑hour shifts (3x per week) on a 13‑week travel assignment. Ability to perform RN duties in the Labor and Delivery setting with strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills. Effective communication and teamwork to support a multidisciplinary care approach. Ability to meet onboarding, credentialing, and compliance requirements for a travel assignment.
