Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 3-3.5 days in clinic and 1.5-2 days in the OR | Compensation: $440,000.00

Our organization is actively seeking board-certified or board-eligible otolaryngologists to enhance our expanding hospital-based ENT service line in Delaware. This position has been established to address ongoing community needs while promoting clinical independence, work-life balance, and long-term job satisfaction.

Physicians will have the opportunity to work at one of two state-of-the-art hospital locations in central or southern Delaware, collaborating with experienced ENT colleagues who manage substantial patient volumes. The role allows for a comprehensive otolaryngology practice, with the option to allocate up to 50% of clinical time to subspecialty interests such as rhinology or head and neck surgery. With dedicated advanced practice provider (APP) support, extensive audiology services, an Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system, and reliable access to operating rooms, physicians can concentrate on delivering exceptional care in a supportive environment.
