Senior Product Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of our patient‑facing digital tools. These products are core to patient access, provider utilization, and business growth. In this role, you’ll operate as a product owner and thought partner, setting a long‑term vision while driving near‑term outcomes. You’ll work across product, engineering, design, data, clinical, and operations to solve complex, high‑impact problems at scale. Responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy, and multi‑quarter roadmap for the provider directory and online scheduling experiences Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand patient, provider, and operational needs within women’s healthcare Design and optimize patient‑facing experiences for provider discovery, availability, and booking, with a focus on access, trust, and equity Drive alignment across engineering, design, clinical, operations, and leadership stakeholders Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear product requirements, tradeoffs, and priorities Ensure data integrity, scheduling accuracy, and system reliability at scale Define and own success metrics (e.g., discovery‑to‑booking conversion, appointment lead time, provider utilization) Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform decisions and measure impact Anticipate operational and technical constraints and proactively design scalable solutions Serve as a subject‑matter expert for access and scheduling, influencing broader platform and growth initiatives Qualifications 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, high‑traffic products Proven experience leading consumer‑facing experiences involving search, discovery, scheduling, or marketplaces Strong track record of driving outcomes through cross‑functional leadership, not authority Excellent product judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity Experience working closely with engineering teams on systems with complex data and integrations Clear, confident communicator with executive presence Bonus: experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments Benefits Health Coverage Medical, dental, and vision plans, fertility benefits, and supplemental insurance options.
