Responsibilities for the Fabrication Quality Assurance Technician includes but are not limited to: monitoring product quality, inspecting various pieces of meat for adherence to specifications, filling out an audit report form, following and helping enforce plant Good Manufacturing Procedures and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, metal detector auditing, testing trim for E.Coli, via N60 sampling. Other duties as assigned. This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.

The ideal candidate for the Fabrication Quality Assurance Technician position should possess the following: strong written and verbal communication skills, a knowledge of HACCP Process, experience with email communications, Microsoft Office (Excel), beef products knowledge is preferred, ability to withstand extreme hot/cold environments, must be able to read, write and speak Spanish. This is an hourly, management support position. Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
