Remote Member Activation Specialist (Inbound)
Wellthy
Wellthy is seeking an inbound Member Activation Specialist to resolve member questions across phone, chat, and email with warmth and accuracy. You will identify activation opportunities during interactions and guide members to add partners, open care projects, or connect to a Care Coordinator. You will mentor Level I specialists, contribute to cross-department improvements, and report to the Director of Member Growth and Activation.
