Restaurant Manager

Doya Restaurant is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. The Restaurant Manager will play an integral role in overseeing daily operations, developing the team, maintaining operational standards, and consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of service and operational standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture.
• Support staff training and ongoing development to strengthen team performance and service standards.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, actively engaging with guests and supporting the team throughout service.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage daily cash handling, reconciliation, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and maintain appropriate cost controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service execution, and overall restaurant performance.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure consistency, quality, and proper execution of menu items.
• Monitor guest feedback and proactively address concerns to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Support management in achieving financial, operational, and team performance goals.

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full-service, high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations.
• Experience with cash handling, financial reporting, inventory management, and cost controls.
• Ability to remain organized and composed while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
