Job Title: Dentist

Location: Medical Lake, WA

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm | Monday - Friday | 40 hours weekly

Pay range: $90 - 94/hr. with a full benefits package!

Overview: Seeking an experienced Dentist (DDS or DMD) to provide dental care within an institutional healthcare setting. The role involves performing oral examinations, preventive and restorative treatments, and promoting oral health and hygiene for patients in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oral examinations to assess dental and gum health, document findings, and plan treatment.

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including tooth decay, infections, and periodontal disease.

• Extract teeth, remove cavities, and prepare and insert fillings using various materials (amalgam, composite, gold, or acrylic).

• Administer local or general anesthetics as needed and prescribe appropriate medications.

• Take and process dental radiographs for diagnostic evaluation.

• Design, fit, and adjust dental appliances such as dentures, partials, crowns, inlays, and bridgework.

• Provide dental cleanings, polishing, and preventive treatments.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited school of dentistry.

• Minimum two years of experience practicing dentistry.

• Active and unrestricted Washington State dental license.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers (current and valid).

• Active DEA registration to prescribe controlled substances.
