RN Overnight Pediatric Homecare

Role: Registered Nurse providing 1:1 care for a pediatric patient in home and school settings. Responsibilities Include Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process. Initiating and revising care plans based on patient needs and physician directives. Administering medications, treatments, and monitoring their effectiveness. Responding to changes in patient condition and reporting to physicians or supervisors. Providing healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning as needed. Qualifications And Skills Current RN license for the practicing state. Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification. Preferably at least one year of RN experience. Key duties: Deliver personalized nursing care, manage patient treatments, adapt plans as needed, and ensure effective communication with healthcare team.
