Robert Half has partnered with a growing company on their search for a strategic and forward-thinking Director of Finance and Business Intelligence to establish and lead a modern reporting and analytics by creating and maintaning AI reports. • Build and lead a company-wide Business Intelligence function, delivering scalable analytics, reporting, and strategic finance support across the organization and select affiliated entities.• Establish the long-term vision, organizational structure, governance framework, delivery standards, and operating model required to develop a sustainable, high-performing BI capability.• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team while fostering accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.• Partner with executive leadership and business unit leaders to establish priorities, align analytical initiatives with corporate objectives, and allocate resources effectively across strategic projects.• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of data-driven decision-making by implementing consistent analytical standards, practical tools, and repeatable best practices across business functions.• Lead the organization’s AI-enabled analytics strategy, leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, predictive modeling, automated reporting, and self-service intelligence solutions.• Develop and maintain data quality, governance, and support standards to ensure accurate, reliable reporting and responsible use of AI-driven insights and automation.• Serve as a strategic corporate finance advisor by translating complex business questions into actionable analytical frameworks, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing insights that support growth, profitability, and operational performance.• Sponsor initiatives that streamline processes, reduce manual work, improve forecasting accuracy, strengthen performance management, and enhance organizational agility through automation and advanced analytics.Please email your resume to Lawren Bocock to be confidentially considered for the role
