Receptionist

Join Antwerpen Automotive as a receptionist at our Clarksville, MD location. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient service to ensure a positive experience. You will manage front desk operations, handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative tasks to support our team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Support administrative tasks as needed
• Provide information about services and products to customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
