Location: Troy, PA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience


We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating CNC machines and be comfortable working from blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Load programs and make necessary machine adjustments
• Select and install appropriate tooling
• Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment
• Make offsets and adjustments to maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy
• Monitor machines during production and troubleshoot issues
• Perform quality checks throughout the machining process
• Maintain accurate production records
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machining experience required
• Experience with CNC setup and operation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of cutting tools, tooling, and machining processes
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
