Your mission: Your first mission will be to assist the owner/doctors in organizing and overseeing activities and production in every department. Provide outstanding and exceptional care to patients while maintaining a professional working environment. Required technical skills: Educating our clients on animal health. Proficient computer skills with Covetrus software for scheduling appointments, data entry into the medical record, and ordering lab tests. Proficient phone etiquette. Radiographs, blood draws, IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, assisting in surgery, nursing care of sick patients, dental prophy’s, performing lab tests. Required Personality characteristics: Excellent communicator with clients and staff members. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in stressful situations. Organizational skills and ability to multitask. willingness to learn and adjust to change.
