We are seeking individuals that can show great attitude and helpful service to our customers. "We are ACE HARDWARE - THE HELPFUL PLACE!" We need timely attendance and willingness to work each day to the fullest! Responsibilities Operate cash register (POS) with accuracy and efficiency. Handle merchandise returns and exchanges quickly and efficiently. Ask each customer for their Ace Rewards card or be able to explain the program and invite them to join. Count the cash drawer to verify accuracy before each shift, and balance the drawer at the end of the shift, documenting checks, cash, and credit cards. Address customer complaints in a positive manner and involve store management when necessary.
