This hands‑on role provides the opportunity to enhance your technical skills through ongoing training while working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Perform Medium‑Level Repairs – Conduct clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after‑treatment maintenance, and other mid‑level repairs. Comprehensive Diagnostics – Troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components. Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Conduct inspections and repairs in adherence to DOT and company safety standards. Streamline Maintenance Processes – Work closely with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency. Commit to Continuous Learning – Stay updated with industry advancements through OEM training and professional development opportunities. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a diesel technician. Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance. Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines. Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.
