Texas Premium Beverage Corp.

SUMMARY

The Server is responsible to sell and effectively serve quality products in a professional and hospitable manner to guests. This requires thorough product knowledge of all items on our menu, competence in service procedures and commitment to customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing them of products and services.
Knowledge of products to provide customers with recommendations.
Take food and beverage orders.
Provides information to help food and beverage selections.
Strictly adheres to laws governing the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Maintain store safety standards.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Outstanding people skills.
Well-groomed, professional appearance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
TABC certificate.
Previous experience working as a server is helpful but not required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires (nights, weekends and holidays). Must have reliable transportation.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Frequent bending, lifting, and kneeling.
