Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients, helping them regain independence in daily living skills
- Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans that make a real impact
- Keep accurate and timely documentation so that care is seamless
- Supervise COTAs, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
- Work hand-in-hand with interdisciplinary care teams and families to achieve the best outcomes
- Champion safety and regulatory compliance in everything you do
Qualifications
- You're a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD) - awesome!
- You hold an active Virginia OT license, or are ready to obtain one before starting
- You bring strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills to the table
Education
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Discharge planning and collaboration with care teams
- Accurate, timely documentation practices
- Supervision and mentorship of COTAs
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
