Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of students, identifying their mental health needs and implementing appropriate intervention strategies. Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, adapting them to the unique circumstances of each student. Administer therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy, either individually or in group settings. Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all confidentiality regulations. Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic support for students. Engage parents and guardians in the therapeutic process through education, support, and collaboration to enhance family involvement in their child's mental health treatment. Stay informed on current research and best practices in clinical social work and mental health interventions to continuously improve service delivery. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on school-aged children who may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or trauma. Collaborating closely with educational staff, you will address the complexities of each student’s life, helping them to navigate personal and academic struggles. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and solution-focused interventions. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for effective collaboration with students and families. Preferred Experience Experience working in a school environment or with adolescent populations is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote service delivery will be an advantage. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and understand cultural competency in practice. Compensation and Benefits Your expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
