Part-Time Activities Assistant

Manor of Fond du Lac

Make a difference every day! Avina of Pewaukee is seeking a fun, energetic and compassionate Part-Time Activities Assistant to help bring joy, engagement and connection to our residents.

What You'll Do

Lead and assist with scheduled group and 1:1 activities
Encourage participation and build positive relationships with residents
Escort residents to and from activities
Help plan, prepare and organize materials for weekly programs
Complete basic documentation and assist with care plan information
Maintain safe and clean activity areas
Support resident rights, confidentiality, and facility policies

What We're Looking For

Outgoing, Creative and reliable personality
Passion for working with seniors and individuals with disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer kowledge- including but not limited to Microsoft suite
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Experience in activities or long-term care is a plus, but not required
Dependable transportation
