Responsibilities Patient Safety Pharmacy Professional Practice Regulatory Requirements Quality Assurance Customer Service Personnel Management Inventory Management Financial Profitability Loss Prevention Workflow Management – ensure patient care programs are adopted and managed to keep customers and patients healthy. Lead with Heart – display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues. Motivate, inspire and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments and addressing development opportunities. Identify critical business opportunities and develop solutions to drive pharmacy growth and performance. Implement solutions by leading the team to achieve specified goals. Adapt to change and adjust plans in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Seek new ways to grow, collaborate with others and deliver better outcomes. Apply knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors. Qualifications Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed. Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List. Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA). Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree. Compensation Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: $60.00 – $76.00 per hour. This is the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
