As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, comfortable, and safe space for our residents. Your work helps ensure our seniors can live with dignity and pride in a clean, well‑cared‑for environment. Traditions of Lebanon, 401 Neil Armstrong Way, Lebanon, OH 45036, USA Responsibilities Experience cleaning with a keen eye for details Perform housekeeping chores in resident rooms Clean common areas of the facility Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety throughout designated areas Ensure all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times Remove trash and soiled linens; lift up to 50 pounds Work as part of a team Demonstrate a solid work ethic with initiative for quality and customer service Learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) Reliable and keep to a schedule Willingness to work a varied schedule as requested 1 year experience in healthcare or commercial laundry (preferred) 1 year experience in healthcare or commercial housekeeping (preferred) Benefits Retirement plan Paid time off Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
