Deadline: Not specified Fees: None Description: Crossing Hurdles, a global recruitment consultancy, is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm that represents leading automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in complex warranty and litigation matters to hire a full-time Litigation Associate. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage warranty defense litigation matters from inception through resolution. Handle motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial/arbitration preparation. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials. Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop defense strategies. Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines across multiple matters. Compensation & Benefits: Base Pay: $150,000 - $165,000/year + discretionary annual bonus.
