Insurance has always been a part of my life—my father was a State Farm agent, and before opening my own agency, I worked as a team member myself. Those experiences helped shape my passion for serving customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. My wife and I both attended Auburn University, and we stay busy with our children and two dogs. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, spending time at the lake, and making memories with family and friends. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
