Patient Services Coordinator

Job Description Job Description Practice Location: Cumming Patient Services Coordinator Manages the day-to-day responsibilities associated with accommodating patient arrivals, departures and requirements at the front desk of the office. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES*: Greet, register, and check patients in/out Answer incoming calls Schedule, cancel, and confirm appointments Verify patient balances, collects and processes patient payments, and u pdates patient accounts Process insurance eligibility Manages medical records requests Handles patient complaints or concerns Performs other duties as assigned or requested *The Company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum Experience: Some previous work-related experience. Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required) eClinical Works (eCW) EMR is preferred SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Must possess the ability to make decisions and problem solve Company Description Atlanta Women’s Health Group, P.C.
