Intake Attorney

Full-Time | In-Person | [Temecula, CA] Base Salary + Significant Performance-Based Bonuses Antonyan Miranda, LLP is seeking an experienced attorney who understands litigation—but may be ready to step away from the day-to-day demands of carrying a traditional caseload. This role is ideal for a family law or litigation attorney who enjoys working with clients, analyzing cases, developing strategy, and building relationships, but no longer wants the constant pressure of discovery deadlines, motion practice, trial preparation, and managing a full litigation docket. You will use your legal experience to consult with prospective clients, understand their matters, identify strategy and case fit, and connect them with the right litigation team. Instead, your focus is on client consultation, case assessment, relationship building, and helping prospective clients determine whether Antonyan Miranda is the right firm for them. What You’ll Do Consult with prospective family law clients by phone, video, and in person Quickly understand the legal issues, personalities, goals, and complexity of each matter Use your litigation experience to identify case needs and appropriate next steps Build trust and rapport with prospective clients Explain the firm’s approach, attorneys, retainers, and engagement process Match clients with the right litigator based on complexity, strategy, personality, and budget Coordinate strategic consultations with firm litigators when appropriate Follow up with qualified prospective clients and guide them through retention Ensure a seamless handoff to the litigation team Deliver a five-star client experience from the first interaction The Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you: Have practiced family law, civil litigation, or another litigation-focused area Understand how litigation works and can quickly evaluate a case Are ready for a role with l ess day-to-day litigation pressure and greater predictability Enjoy talking to clients and helping them make important decisions Are polished, confident, persuasive, and highly personable Build trust quickly Have strong judgment and emotional intelligence Are comfortable discussing fees and asking prospective clients to move forward Enjoy the business-development side of practicing law Want to remain in a sophisticated legal environment without carrying a traditional litigation caseload Compensation The position includes a competitive base salary plus a significant performance-based bonus program tied to successful new-client engagements. High performers can earn substantial bonus compensation, creating significant upside without the traditional billable-hour and litigation demands of a practicing litigator. Requirements Active California Bar license Prior family law or litigation experience strongly preferred Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong legal judgment and issue-spotting ability Professional and polished presence Highly responsive, organized, and accountable Comfortable in a performance-driven environment Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
