This Chef Manager will oversee daily kitchen and dining operations, including menu planning, food preparation, staff supervision, purchasing, inventory, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. The role works closely with the Dietitian, Administrator, nursing staff, and residents to ensure meals meet individual dietary requirements and the facility's quality standards.

Additional responsibilities:

· Manage a 23-person nutrition team
· Oversee bistro and culinary operations
· Responsible for team management, regulatory compliance and audits
· Must have a true culinary background and be able to train/mentor employees on cooking techniques
· CDM required
· ServSafe Manager required
· Healthcare/LTC experience strongly preferred
· Looking for someone who can commit 18–24+ months
· Strong mentorship and opportunity for career growth
