Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher Driver to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students collective and individual needs. Responsibilities

• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroomwhere kids can explore and grow
• Develop and implement fun, age-appropriate lesson
• Lesson plans that spark curiosity and creativity
• Sing songs, read stories, build block towers (and friendships)
• Partner with families to support each childs development
• Lead with love, patience, and a whole lot of play-based learning
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
  Problem-solving and mediation skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma Minimum
• Experience working with preschool-age children (3-year-olds are your jam!)
• A strong understanding of child development and best practices in ECE
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• CDA, associate or bachelors degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
