Electrical Service Manager

Cummings Electrical is hiring a Senior Electrical Account Manager/Service Manager in Houston, TX. Responsibilities Minimum 5 years or more years of progressively responsible experience in the electrical construction industry Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering or related field is preferred or previous work as Licensed Electrician/Supervisor Must be capable of leading a team of up to 20 electricians Experience with Electrical / Power Systems such as UPS, Switchgear, Generators, PDU's; a MUST Managing Projects for Electrical installation of Equipment for high profile projects is a plus Customer Service Driven Computer Savvy (Microsoft Suite, MS Project, etc.) Solid Communicator – excellent oral and written communication skills Monitor the performance and progress of staff, motivate, organize and encourage teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met Qualifications Knowledge and application of relevant safety requirements that apply to the specific work being done. Recognizes and mitigates safety hazards on the job.
