Job Overview

H&R Construction Co is seeking a highly skilled and experienced TravellingSuperintendent to oversee commercial and industrial projects from start to finish. The Superintendent will be responsible for leading job sites, managing schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring top-tier safety and quality standards. This role offers opportunities for both local and travel-based projects—travel is optional, but additional compensation is provided for those who choose it.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to meet project deadlines and budgets
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and workers to ensure seamless workflow
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards
• Attend and contribute to progress meetings, providing project scheduling updates
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to drive successful project completion

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• 10-hour OSHA Certification, CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Working knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in project management software and construction technology is a plus

Schedule & Location
