Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for Labor and Delivery patients including assessments and interventions.
• Perform circulation duties during surgical procedures such as C-sections.
• Administer and monitor medications including magnesium sulfate therapy and insulin drips.
• Assist in recognizing and managing high-risk pregnancies and delivery tasks.
• Conduct thorough documentation and maintain patient records using Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license in-hand.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications required, Advanced preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as an L&D RN in a large hospital setting required.
• Must be able to circulate during surgeries such as C-sections.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred but not required.
