We are excited to announce an opening for a Deli Manager at our Lake City, MN location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the deli department, ensuring maximum sales and gross profits. Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of the deli department to achieve maximum sales and gross profits.
- Hire, train, and support deli associates to ensure a high-performing team.
- Maintain accurate records related to inventory, sales, and expenses.
- Ensure excellent customer service and foster positive associate relations.
- Manage scheduling of deli associates to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Control expenses while managing inventory and shrinkage.
- Ensure shelves are stocked and products are rotated using the first in-first out method.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail management, preferably in a deli or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and control expenses.
- Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
