Schedule/Hours:

• Review and evaluate prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in pharmacy practice
• Monitor patient progress and adjust medication regimens as necessary
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with healthcare policies

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with experience in clinical pharmacy and prescription dispensing
• Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and patient counseling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to travel or relocate to the Lake Charles area as required
