Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC repairs Conduct inspections of the facility to identify and address potential safety hazards or maintenance needs Assist in the preparation of patient rooms and common areas for occupancy Operate and maintain various equipment and machinery, including but not limited to: lifts, wheelchairs, and medical devices Maintain accurate records of work completed, including regular reporting and documentation Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient care Requirements:
