Inside Sales Rep

TRC Talent is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a client of ours in Hiram, GA

Position Summary: The Inside Sales Rep provides administrative and operational support for the conveyor sales process. This individual will work closely with Engineering, Sales, Production, and customers to ensure quotations, orders, and related documentation are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large Excel-based data sets, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Details:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (on-site only)

• $26.00 per hour

• Temp to Perm
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and processing of customer quotations for conveyor projects.

• Review bills of material and project documentation for completeness and accuracy.

• Maintain and update large Excel-based quotation and order files.

• Assist with data validation, data cleanup, and system uploads.

• Create and process customer orders within SAP.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Production, and other internal teams to resolve order-related issues.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, documentation, and project updates.

• Track open requests and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

• Maintain accurate records throughout the quotation and order fulfillment process.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to order processing and administrative workflows.
  

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in administrative support, customer service, order management, inside sales, or a similar commercial support role.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with large spreadsheets.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment.

• SAP or other ERP system experience.

• Experience supporting quotations, order entry, and customer service processes.

• Associate's degree or additional business-related education.
