Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 + Overtime & Comprehensive Benefits

Join our dynamic IT team in Dallas, TX as an IT Specialist. We are a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, be part of a collaborative team, and make a significant impact on our clients' businesses.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot client network, hardware, and applications.
Provide both onsite and in-house support.
Keep accurate records of all tasks and issues resolved.
Work on network and server migration, security firewall, and desktop troubleshooting.

Technical Skills:

Active Directory
M365 Administration
Windows Server 2016 - 2025
Windows Services including GP/ DHCP / DNS / AD
VMWare/Hyper-V Experience
Server Support
SonicWall / UniFi Networks
WAN / LAN Troubleshooting

Qualifications:

Ideally 3-5 years of MSP experience.
Experience Programming Firewalls
Experience Building Servers
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous technology consulting experience.
Strong research and troubleshooting abilities.

Education:

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), A+, Network+ or equivalent experience.
