This position requires a blend of sales acumen, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities to build strong client relationships and coordinate event logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads for event services.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about event packages.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with event planning and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
• Coordinate site visits and client meetings as necessary to support the sales process.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
