Check and respond to all correspondence (email and mail). Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Send out monthly invoices. Quickly learn new digital software and browse the Internet for uploads, downloads and research. Provide customer service: greet families and act as liaison for the Funeral Director. Pennsylvania Licensed Funeral Director Supervisor We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pennsylvania Licensed Funeral Director Supervisor to join our team. The position is located in Central PA and serves approximately 75 families per year. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of bereavement support and exhibit exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of funeral services from planning to execution. Ensure families receive the highest level of care during their time of need. Maintain the facility and ensure compliance with all regulations. Possibility of ownership in the future for a positive fit. Qualifications Licensed Pennsylvania Funeral Director (or ability to obtain). Experience in funeral service operations. Excellent customer service skills.
