Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director of Site Engineering Operations to lead the engineering, maintenance, and utilities organization at its Manatí facility. The role combines operational leadership with responsibility for executing a digital transformation strategy, advancing reliability practices, and driving sustainability initiatives across the manufacturing site.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to engineering, maintenance, capital projects, and utilities teams
Execute digital transformation roadmap including IoT, analytics, predictive maintenance, and digital twins
Establish reliability-centered maintenance and asset lifecycle management practices
Own site energy management and decarbonization strategy aligned with corporate sustainability
Lead organizational change management and workforce digital upskilling initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred
10+ years pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing experience
5+ years managerial experience in engineering or operations
Knowledge of process engineering, project planning, and technology transfer
Advanced data analytics and digital transformation expertise
Fluency in English and Spanish, oral and written
Leadership and continuous improvement mindset
