Warehouse / Material Handler

Immediate direct hire openings! Shift times:

1st Shift – Mon–Fri 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM + Saturday as needed for OT $15.00/hour → $16.25/hour with attendance bonus *

2nd Shift – Mon–Fri 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM + Saturday as needed for OT $17.00/hour → $18.25/hour with attendance bonus *

3rd Shift (Weekend Shift) – Friday thru Sunday 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM $17.00/hour → $18.25/hour with attendance bonus *

Summary: Receives, stores, and distributes materials and products within the facility.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Pull parts orders and return stock from production
• Operate supermarket function and replenish bin locations
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Pull supermarket and production parts orders
• Operate electric devices and computer systems
• Must be forklift certified
• Maintain 5S and lean practices
• Work effectively as a team member and multitask
• Follow operating instructions accurately
• ⏱ Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Education / experience: High school diploma or GED preferred; or 6 months warehouse experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language skills: Must be able to read and understand English and follow simple written and verbal instructions.

Mathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using basic measurements, money, and weight.

Reasoning ability: Ability to follow instructions and solve routine problems in standardized situations.

Qualifications: Valid driver's license required Forklift certification required

Physical demands: Regular standing, walking, and use of hands required. Occasional climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Must lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Must have good vision (distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus)

Work environment: Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, outside weather, and vibration Moderate noise level
