Shift Hours Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm OR 3:00pm-11:30pm Position Overview and Purpose An Inventory Control Coordinator assists in stock taking, monitoring inventory and performs inventory control responsibilities in order to assist in the coordination of the incoming and outgoing of product. Responsibilities Update and review all inspections and corrected inventories. Perform scheduled cycle counts by reviewing documentation and verifying against perpetual stock in inventory. Generate reports and documentation to research failure activity (e.g., missing stock, unscheduled product moves, non-executed scheduled product moves and more). Update inventory based on results of failure research by entering data into WMS following appropriate Arcadia policies and procedures. Generate follow-up reports to verify accuracy of adjustments. Research for customer claims. Participate in all scheduled audits by counting, researching, adjusting, and generating reports. Verify item set-up and integrity in dimensions, code dating and UPC’s. Evaluate set-up and slotting to best assist all areas of Arcadia operation including Receiving, Warehousing and Shipping. Analyze inventory imbalances through research and physical checks to improve inventory integrity. Identify process improvement and opportunities for change. Print and purge monthly master lot, store one month locally in binder. Supply all lot information on cut orders (i.e., tally previous pulled orders). Audit product availability error report. Comply with and ensure compliance with Company policies and safety procedures. Monitor all automation equipment and controls to ensure proper inventory levels and accuracy. Maintain a safe work environment. Perform other duties and special projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-3 years of warehouse inventory-related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Knowledge of cataloguing inventory techniques and packaging of goods. Basic technological knowledge and the ability to operate a PC. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments of the organization.
