What You Will Be Doing As a Completion Senior Manager, you will be responsible for safety, quality, schedule, and cost on F-35 Flight Line for Field Operations. Oversee Fuel Test Facility Team, Propulsion Center team, and Delivery Operations Ground Operations team. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary action of the team.
