Задачи: Design, build, and maintain automated security controls and guardrails Develop reusable security tooling to enforce security at scale Lead and automate security processes across AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows Manage vulnerability scanning, continuous monitoring, and incident response, focusing on automation and signal quality Lead and facilitate tabletop exercises to assess incident readiness, validate response plans, and improve response capabilities Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering to build secure systems Evaluate emerging security tools, threats, and compliance requirements, translating them into automated controls where possible Требования: 5+ Years in a DevSecOps or Security Engineering position Excellent level of English Deep understanding of cybersecurity practices, including vulnerability management, code review, threat modeling, and modern security toolsets Strong AWS skills, including EKS, ECR, Route53, RDS, IAM, and VPC Programming skills in at least one general-purpose language, such as Python or Go, and ability to build and maintain automation and security tooling Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms for monitoring and automated response Strong problem-solving and communication skills Будет плюсом: Italian, participation in bug bounty programs or CTF competitions, public security contributions, experience with Datadog and firewalls, security audits and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, security certifications such as CKS, OSCP, or AWS Security Specialty Условия: Freelance consultancy engagement, not an employment contract Typical base annual fee: 60-70k EUR Competitive salary Diverse, inclusive, and passionate team environment with a strong international presence Opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth and strategy Inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives Interview process: HR video interview (45 minutes), technical interview with the hiring manager (1 hour), and interview with the Head of Department or other key individuals (45 minutes), followed by an offer for successful candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr MINT
