Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care for diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER environment. Deliver compassionate, efficient service across all age groups and clinical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient needs upon arrival, ensuring timely emergency care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment, documenting clinical information accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on their conditions, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment adhering to infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Hawaii registered nurse license.
• Have recent experience working in an emergency room or acute care setting.
• Possess strong assessment skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Be proficient in emergency nursing procedures and protocols.
