Information Technology Analyst- Junior***This position requires an active Top-Secret clearance ***The Information Technology Analyst – Junior will identify and analyze compromised information for the Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO).Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for Information Technology Analyst- Junior: $95000.00Pay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.Information Technology Analyst- Junior Responsibilities Include:The Information Technology Analyst – Jr. will identify and analyze compromised information using advanced tools, leverage government-provided artificial intelligence (AI), data science, and knowledge management tools to analyze compromised information. This includes identifying critical program information (CPI), critical technical information (CTI), and proprietary data that may have been exposed, supporting rapid and accurate detection of security breaches, and framing analysis against technical, operational and programmatic lanes.Assess and Report on the Scope and Impact of Compromises: thoroughly assess the scope, content, and sensitivity of exposed information, developing detailed assessment reports and providing comprehensive analysis on the nature of each compromise. This includes evaluating affected systems and operational impacts – supporting mitigation strategies and decision-making.Provide Technical Recommendations: evaluate and provide technical feedback and recommendations to improve system features and prioritize enhancements, ensuring more effective compromise assessments and risk mitigation in the future.Communicate technical concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement and innovationPerforms other job-related duties as assignedInformation Technology Analyst- Junior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field2+ years of experience analyzing data, identifying compromised data, assessing data, and presenting solutions.Experience working with enterprise IT systems, data analysis and government/Army experience preferred.Must be very detailed orientedStrong experience across the full data lifecycle (requirements, data sourcing, transformation, modeling, visualization).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsMust pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee FederalCompany Information:Cherokee Nation Defense Solutions (CNDS) is a part of Cherokee Federal – the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
