You will be accountable for aligning priorities, developing leaders, and delivering safety, quality, velocity, and cost objectives across the assigned operations.ResponsibilitiesLeads and develops managers responsible for internal logistics execution and SS assembly kitting operationsProvides direction, establishes priorities, and ensures consistent execution across assigned operations and shiftsMaintains accountability for material storage, movement, replenishment, point-of-use delivery, and kit quality and availabilityProvides leadership and governance for Inventory Records Accuracy, including cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.Establishes performance expectations and holds team accountable for safety, quality, velocity, cost, and people results.Develops leadership capability through coaching, succession planning, performance management, and employee development.Aligns staffing, resources, and operating plans with production requirements.Partners with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain Planning, and other stakeholders to resolve material availability and inventory issues.Leads continuous improvement in safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, material flow, space utilization, and cost.Degree RequirementDegree or equivalent experience desiredSkill DescriptorsAnalytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.Continuous Transformation: Knowledge of evolving the business to remain competitive; ability to understand, adapt oneself to, respond to and proactively seek changes and innovation in the business environment to improve the competitive advantage of an organization.Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.Results Orientation: Knowledge of the importance of meeting or exceeding established targets; ability to drive critical activities to completion.Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.Summary Pay Range:$112,710.00 - $169,060.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
