Position Overview The SONIC Drive-In Restaurant Team Member role involves a variety of food service responsibilities, including working in Fountain & Frozen, Food Production, Grill, Fryer, Switchboard, and Drive-Thru stations. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Taking orders and providing quick, accurate change Serving food with enthusiasm and professionalism Packaging menu items and ensuring quality and consistency Preparing drinks and ice cream treats Cooking on the grill and operating fry stations as needed Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, and sanitizing food areas Requirements Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Flexibility to adapt to restaurant needs Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills Willingness to adhere to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards General knowledge of the food service or retail industry is a plus but not required Must be at least 16 years old Additional Qualities Friendly, welcoming, and courteous attitude Willingness to cross-train across stations Motivated team players committed to cleanliness and safety Fast food experience is a plus but not mandatory Come be part of the groovy SONIC Drive-In experience!
