Senior Medical Director

Providing medical, scientific, and strategic leadership, the full-time hybrid Senior Medical Director will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and cross-functional teams, translating complex clinical data into actionable recommendations while mentoring junior team members. Key responsibilities Provide senior-level medical, scientific, and strategic leadership across assigned brands and accounts Translate clinical data and scientific literature into actionable business recommendations Mentor and develop junior medical team members while contributing to new business opportunities Required qualifications Advanced scientific degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD, DO, DNP, or equivalent) 8+ years of experience in healthcare communications, pharmaceutical advertising, or medical education Significant agency experience supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, or neuroscience Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes
