Market Intelligence Analyst – Tenant RepresentationLocation: Pittsburgh, PAFull-Time, In-OfficeWe are seeking a highly motivated Market Intelligence Analyst to support one of Pittsburgh’s leading Tenant Representation teams. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive market research and data management systems that inform and strengthen business development strategies.The ideal candidate will develop deep expertise in the local office market while managing critical data related to tenants, properties, market activity, and strategic business opportunities. This position combines rigorous research with strategic problem-solving to strengthen the team’s approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with senior advisors, receive mentorship from industry leaders, and build a strong foundation for a career in commercial real estate through hands-on market exposure and analytical expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain research databases and tracking systems to support business development initiativesMonitor and analyze market activity to identify emerging opportunities and trendsConduct research on companies, properties, and market conditions to support strategic decision-makingCollaborate with individual team members to analyze pipelines and support opportunity identificationProvide timely responses to information requests regarding market conditions and specific opportunitiesDesign and implement improved methodologies for organizing, analyzing, and presenting market intelligenceSupport research needs across multiple markets as required for client and business development purposesParticipate in team meetings to contribute insights and strategic recommendationsMaintain accurate records and continuously enhance the quality and utility of information systemsIdentify process improvements and leverage technology to increase team efficiency and effectivenessQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to work with diverse data sourcesExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex information with accuracySelf-motivated with genuine enthusiasm for contributing to team successExcellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple prioritiesProactive problem-solver who takes initiative and demonstrates intellectual curiosityStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new systems quicklyEager to develop expertise in commercial real estate markets and industry practicesProfessional demeanor and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environmentCommitment to full-time, in-office presence (not a remote position)This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
